A modular AWS foundation on Terraform

The problem
A platform needed a real AWS foundation for its Kubernetes workloads and future services, not resources clicked together by hand.
What I built
I wrote the foundation as reusable modules: network, cluster, encryption keys and a managed database, one module per service.
The result
New services start from one secure, shared base instead of from scratch.
