The problem
A travel agency answered the same questions every day, in Turkish and English, at all hours, and each answer had to come from its own catalogue.
What I built
I led the design and built a multi-agent assistant that answers only from the agency's catalogue, remembers the conversation and hands ready leads to the sales flow.
The result
The agency answers customers at any hour, in two languages, and sales gets leads handed over with the conversation.
