An ECS platform with an encrypted data tier and a self-service deploy pipeline

The problem
A media company needed a home for its containerised backend and its Postgres database, and a pipeline that takes a commit to a running container without manual steps.
What I built
I built the network, the container platform, an encrypted database and a deploy pipeline as code.
The result
The deploy pipeline replaces manual deploys, and the database is encrypted.
