RAG prototyping for a travel agency's tour catalogue

The problem
A travel agency needed a chat assistant that answers questions about tours and visas, only from its own catalogue, in English and Turkish.
What I built
I built a retrieval based prototype that finds the right catalogue entries and lets a language model answer from them only.
The result
The agency could see a grounded assistant working before committing to build it fully.
