Chunking a multi-tenant ECS provisioning pipeline for reliability

The problem
Onboarding a new company onto a multi-tenant platform meant creating its own copy of a set of backend services. One long script did it all and could fail halfway.
What I built
I split the provisioning into smaller steps that can be retried, with private service names and a shared load balancer for the public services.
The result
Onboarding a company is more reliable, and a failure no longer leaves it half done.
