Provisioning a production AWS platform with Terraform and GitHub Actions

The problem
A fintech proof of concept had an application ready but no AWS platform, and no way to get a new image into the cluster without hand-run commands.
What I built
I built the cluster, database and network as code, plus a pipeline that deploys a new image from the code repository automatically.
The result
Releases are repeatable, and nobody needs to hold the cloud commands in their head.
