Terraform infrastructure for a containerized backend

The problem
A backend service needed a real AWS home with a database, a cache, a search index and somewhere to run the container. Doing that by hand is slow and easy to get wrong.
What I built
I defined the whole stack as code, with a build pipeline that applies it.
The result
Anyone on the team can read, review and repeat how the backend is set up.
